Notably, he founded and led the in-house leasing department for a prominent regional landlord, managing 8 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial assets throughout Southeast Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. During his tenure, Sandro built the department from the ground up, implementing strategies that resulted in over 1.2 million square feet of lease transactions, generating more than $50 million in lease value. His innovative leadership and strategic execution in this role have consistently delivered substantial value for both landlord and occupier clients.
