Will joined NAI Mertz as a member of The Joe Riggs Team where Joe is serving as a coach and mentor to Will, and Will is providing critical services to Joe and his clients. The two make a dynamic-duo blending personality, creativity, the relationships and wisdom to move transactions through the pipeline quickly and efficiently. Since joining NAI Mertz Will has participated in specific industry training courses and brings a strong command of technology, financial modeling and marketing. Will grew up and West Deptford, NJ and graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in May 2024 with a degree in finance and a minor in real estate finance. During his time at Saint Joseph’s University, he was an active member of the SJU Real Estate Society and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the real estate market.

At City Line Capital, he worked as an Analyst Intern, conducting market research and performing financial analysis for potential property acquisitions. Licensed to practice real estate in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Will is committed to providing exceptional service and support to clients. His role at involves assisting with various aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for all parties involved.

Will serves as a generalist with a concentration on office, industrial and investment transactions.
