NAI Mertz’s Joe Sternberg, sales associate, closed the sale of the 28,761-square-foot warehouse building on behalf of Bulk Vintage, a wholesale vintage clothing business, in the last quarter of 2021. The seller, Front Street Healthcare Properties II, LLC, was represented by Newmark Group, Inc.

“I was pleased to attend the grand opening of Bulk Vintage Warehouse. It was an excellent event,” stated Sternberg. After ownership purchased this facility, substantial renovations were made to improve the facility including the installation of beautiful large windows throughout the building,” he added.

The wholesale vintage clothing company offers men’s, women’s, and children’s vintage fashions from the Victorian era through the 2000s. Its client base typically is re-sellers, designers, costumers and stylists. The business is relocating from another facility in Philadelphia.

“Throughout the acquisition process of this building, I greatly appreciated Joe’s professional expertise, knowledge of the Philadelphia marketplace and inventory of warehouse properties available for sale. We are so thrilled to have completed this renovation project and to finally open our doors to our customers,” said Amanda Saslow, owner of Bulk Vintage.
