NAI Mertz’s Joe Sternberg Closes Sale of 28,761-SF Warehouse Facility for Vintage Clothing Business in Philadelphia, PA
NAI Mertz, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm conducting business throughout the United States, and globally, from its regional offices in New Jersey, greater Philadelphia and northeastern Pennsylvania, announced that Joe Sternberg, sales associate, recently closed the sale of a 28,761-square-foot warehouse building located at 3843-3863 D Street in Philadelphia, PA. Sternberg represented the buyer, Bulk Vintage, a wholesale vintage clothing business. The seller, Front Street Healthcare Properties II, LLC, was represented by Newmark Group, Inc.
“Bulk Vintage was looking for a specific property to use as its warehouse and showroom. I am pleased to work with such a great client and to find the ideal space to meet its requirements.” stated Sternberg.
The wholesale vintage clothing company offers men’s, women’s, and children’s vintage fashions from the Victorian era through the 2000s. Its client base typically is re-sellers, designers, customers and stylists. The business is relocating from another facility in Philadelphia.
“Joe and the NAI Mertz team helped me identify this unique facility, negotiate a transaction and walk me through the acquisition process all the way through closing. I appreciated Joe’s professional expertise, knowledge of the Philadelphia marketplace and inventory of warehouse properties available for sale,” said Amanda Saslow, owner of Bulk Vintage.
