NAI Mertz’s Joe Sternberg Inks 10,800-SF Warehouse Lease in Oaks, PA

NAI Mertz, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm conducting business throughout the United States, and globally, from its regional offices in New Jersey, greater Philadelphia and northeastern Pennsylvania, recently completed a 10,800-square foot warehouse lease at 1230 E. Circle Drive in Oaks, Pennsylvania. NAI Mertz’s Joe Sternberg, Senior Associate, completed the lease on behalf of the tenant, East Coast Volleyball. The company provides volleyball equipment and organizes volleyball tournaments throughout the country.

“East Coast Volleyball is realizing significant growth and as a result required more space. This is the second lease that I have represented the company in securing. I look forward to continuing our long-term relationship,” stated Sternberg.
